Refund Policy – SK Real Estate Agency
At SK Real Estate Agency, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy applies to service charges and booking amounts paid for property-related services.
- Service Fees:
- All service fees paid for consultancy, marketing, or property search are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Property Booking Amount:
- If a customer wishes to cancel a property booking before the final agreement, the refund of the booking amount (if applicable) will be processed as per the builder’s or property owner’s terms and conditions.
- SK Real Estate Agency will assist in facilitating the refund from the concerned builder or owner but cannot be held liable for delays or denials beyond our control.
- Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Mode of Refund:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.
